Sizing:  Available in 3 different diameter sizes.  We recommend:

8cm:  For bra cup sizes AA - A.  (Also great for growing girls!)

10cm:  For bra cup sizes B - DD.

13cm:  For bra cup sizes DDD+

🐚 How to Wear:

1. Ensure skin is clean, dry, and lotion-free.
2. Gently peel and place Shellies over your nipples.
3. Cover with hands for 10s to activate body heat.
4. Lift breast slightly while sliding swimsuit/top over and Voila!

• Wash after each use, using a gentle soap and warm water.
• Leave to air-dry.
• Store back on the protective packaging and in your Shellies box or travel pouch.
