We will happily exchange your items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Garments must have all original packaging in place and be returned clean, unworn, unwashed, with hygienic protection in place and in original condition. Please take the time to view our sizing chart and reach out to us to help us find your perfect fit prior to purchase.
We unfortunately do not refund items unless there is a manufacturing fault. The items can, however, be exchanged and if no suitable exchange exists, we will issue you with a Me and the Sea voucher, valid for 3 years.
We will arrange for pick-up of faulty garments, which has to be clean, unworn and with the original packaging in place.
When returning your items, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. You are responsible for all the costs of shipping if you are returning and exchanging your item(s) and Free Shipping will not apply for any exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
